Alongside nearly 30 years in local church leadership at Burlington Church, Ceri & Simon work with Catalyse Change and lead 5Q Europe, coaching leaders and churches in missional discipleship and their APEST intelligence, helping release the latent potential that exists in the church. Understanding APEST as a gift to the world
Ceri leads out on MPACT in the UK helping business teams work better together. and leads Accessible Prophecy in the UK coaching and training churches in hearing God’s voice and building healthy prophetic cultures. She is also an Executive Coach working in the market place, charity sector and alongside church leaders and church teams.
Simon works with leaders around the world training and coaching them to lead from their true selves discovering freedom in their Jesus shaped capacity.
They live in Suffolk and have 4 grown up children and 2 grandchildren.
